Tales Event is an İstanbul-based corporate event and organisation agency. Since 2022 we have handled brands' dealer meetings, launches, gala nights and corporate events from concept to the field.
An event does not begin when the invitation is sent, but when the goal is set. So we always begin with the same question: what is this gathering for?
Sometimes it is to announce a new product, sometimes to motivate a dealer network, sometimes to celebrate a success. Once the purpose is clear, concept, venue, flow and budget fall into place on their own.
Our difference lies in not splitting the work into pieces. Instead of distributing stage, sound, light, content, decor and logistics across separate suppliers, we bring them together in one team. This speeds up the work and minimises surprises.
From our office in Kağıthane, İstanbul, we serve İstanbul and all of Türkiye. For out-of-town events we manage transport, accommodation and technical production too.
