At a gala, atmosphere is most often created by light. We plan stage design, moving lights, LED screens and visual shows together, and fine-tune them in rehearsal. From award announcements to the opening film, we choreograph every scene second by second, in sync with the technical team.

Welcome, seating, protocol and catering flow are the unseen but most-felt side of a night. We manage the guest list and seating plan and rehearse the flow from welcome to farewell. Our aim is for the guest to live the night without thinking for a moment about what to do next.
