Leaving interpretation to a separate supplier creates coordination problems on event day. We plan the interpretation system together with stage, sound and video production, and manage everything from booth placement to headset distribution with the same team.
The right booth, the right interpreter
The number of booths depends on the number of languages, and the number of headsets on the audience. A single booth typically suits two interpreters working in rotation, which is necessary in long sessions to keep interpretation quality high. We work with interpreters who know the subject's terminology and support the booth throughout the event with a technical operator.
